Explore the Six Weeks

Limited to eight women · Begins Tuesday, January 26, 2027

Have you ever felt like the very business you were called to build is starting to consume you?

The endless to-do lists. The pressure to succeed.

The guilt when you're not working.

The feeling that no matter how much you accomplish, it's never quite enough.

Sound familiar?

That's exactly why I'm creating Called, Not Consumed.

Meet Your Coach

Meet Michelle

Daughter of God. Wife. Mother. Business Owner.

That order matters.

I'm Michelle Von Ruden, a Christian speaker, burnout strategist, coach, and fellow business owner who knows how easy it is for what we do to become tangled up with who we are.

I've spent years achieving, leading, serving, building, and checking the next thing off the list—only to learn that no amount of accomplishment can tell me who I am.

God already did.

Called, Not Consumed was created for women who want to build meaningful, successful businesses while keeping what matters most in the right order: God first, family second, business third.

Your business matters. Your calling matters. Your goals matter.

But they are not your identity.

You are a daughter of God first. Everything else flows from there.

The Six-Week Journey

Together, we'll work through

Six weeks. Six anchors. One faithful 90-day plan to carry you forward — grounded, not grinding.

1

Identity

Remembering who God created you to be beyond your business.

Reconnect with the woman God designed before the titles, the to-do lists, and the metrics. Your business is what you do — not who you are.

2

Perfectionism

Releasing the pressure to do everything perfectly.

Loosen the grip of the perfect launch, the perfect post, the perfect quarter. Faithfulness, not flawlessness, is the standard you were called to.

3

Burnout

Recognizing the warning signs and creating sustainable habits.

Learn to read the signals your body, mind, and spirit are sending — and build rhythms of rest that keep you in the work for the long haul.

4

Discernment

Making decisions rooted in faith rather than fear or comparison.

Trade the scroll-and-compare cycle for a practice of listening. Walk through a decision-making framework anchored in prayer and peace.

5

Boundaries

Protecting your time, energy, and priorities.

Boundaries aren't walls — they're stewardship. Define what's sacred, what's negotiable, and what gets a gentle, faithful no.

6

Faithful Action

Creating a practical 90-day plan for your business.

Turn six weeks of inner work into one grounded, doable 90-day plan — your next faithful steps, written down and ready to walk.
